Fred Then is an entrepreneur, entrepreneurship educator, business owner, business coach, neuro marketer, author and designer. Fred has over 20 years of start-up experience with both local and overseas organisations. He has taught over 2,000 organisations and business owners and helped them to dramatically improve their services, and their bottom line, by changing how they approach and manage their customers and prospects. Fred has been actively involved in creating training programmes for corporates, entrepreneurs and small businesses. His training programmes have been used by Nanyang Technology University of Singapore (NTU), Singapore University of Technology & Design (SUTD), Mendaki Club, Social Enterprise Association of Singapore, and SPRING Singapore. Overseas organisations such as BADAR (Egypt), Badir (Saudi Arabia) and SIMAR (Saudi Arabia) are adopting many of the training concepts and have conducted Train-The-Trainers programmes based on his curriculum.
