Rohit is an entrepreneur and international leader with over 22 years of experience in technology, education, private equity and management consulting. During this time, his contributions have helped create over US$4 billion of shareholder value. He has led the digital transformation of and gained experience in diverse sectors including payments, education, luxury furniture and food manufacturing. In addition to taking leadership roles in established companies, he was also the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of a Payments SaaS company in Singapore. Rohit has also volunteered his time with the INSEAD Business School in helping aspiring entrepreneurs develop, evolve and execute their startup businesses.

He began his career as a software developer in Japan after graduating in the dual discipline of Japanese and Business Studies from the University of Sheffield in the UK. Rohit transitioned from software development into leadership consulting and spent the following 12 years helping technology, media, telecom and private equity firms build world-class leadership teams to create significant shareholder returns.

Having lived and worked in the UK, Japan, India, Hong Kong and Singapore, Rohit has acquired an astute understanding of international business across different cultures and built a substantial global network of contacts.
