Francis Tay has over 20 years of experience in
investments, markets, and investment banking. In particular, he has been at the forefront of the development of the principal investment and structured finance markets in the Asia Pacific region.
He has completed over 50 deals with an aggregate notional of over USD 15 billion of which he managed principal and investment positions in aggregate exceeding USD 4 billion.
Francis was previously a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and ICBC International; responsible for running their principal investment and structured finance in the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to banking, Francis was a practicing banking and capital markets lawyer.
