This website is operated by Startup-O Pte Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Startup-O Pte Ltd (together with its affiliates hereby referred to as “Startup-O”). Startup-O offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

This Terms of Service (this “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the Site and your access to and use of the information, content and services offered on the Site and available on any associated distribution platforms and any public startup-o online social media accounts, platforms, and sites (collectively with the Site, the “Services”). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Startup-O has established the Site to provide information about its operations.

Startup-O reserves the right to investigate and to involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities, and to pursue a civil lawsuit or criminal prosecution for any alleged or actual harmful or illegal activities involving any of the Services. Startup-O reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services, with or without notice. Further, Startup-O reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting a notice to the Site. You should visit the Site periodically to review the current terms and conditions.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Section 2 - General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
